Competition Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is open to residents of the UK aged 16 and over. Employees of Brampton Manor Country Club, Tribes, Salon1600 and the Fox & Goose are excluded from the competition.
2. Entries to the competition should be sent via the website.
3. The competition opens for entries on September 15th 2009. The first winner will be drawn on the 2nd November 2010 then on the 2nd of each month.
4. One entry per email address can be submitted throughout the duration of each competition.
5. All entries both via the website and sent by post will be entered into a hat and drawn on the 2nd of every month.
6. This is a monthly rolling competition. Once winner per month will be selected from all entries from all associated websites (Brampton Manor, Fox & Goose,  Tribes and Salon1600. The winner will recieve the prize they chose when entering the compeition (Months Membership of Brampton manor, £50 voucher for either Tribes or the Fox and Goose or a £50 voucher for either Manor Bar or the Fox and Goose.
7. Prizes are to be confirmed by 15th of every month.
8. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winners.
9. No cash alternatives will be offered. In the unlikely event of non-availability of the prize we reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
10. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in both transit and posted via the the website.
11. The judges decision is final.
12. No correspondence will be entered into. Instructions for participation form part of these rules.
13. The winners may be required to participate in publicity and this may involve having their photograph taken.
14. Travel expenses are not provided. Travel to and from the chosen venue are the responsibiltyof the winners.
14. The name of the winners will be available after the draw (16th odf every month) to anyone sending a stamped addressed envelope marked Brampton Manor Membership competition, Brampton Manor Country Club, Old Road, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S40 3QR.
15. No third party entries will be accepted.
16. No purchase necessary.
17. By entering the competition, you agree to be added to the email news database to be used only by Brampton Manor and the partner companies (Tribes, Salon1600 and the Fox and Goose Inn). No contact information will be sold or otherwise distributed to any other company.
